About Me

Some of my more popular labels:

Wife - my husband and I have been married since September 2004, and together since August 1999. Our marriage is based on love and respect. I know that sounds cliche, but it is true.  He is my best friend and someone I trust completely with all my heart.

Mommy - I became a mommy in July 2006 and again in June 2008 and November 2010. My three daughters are my motivation in life.  My goal is to, with my husband's help, raise three young ladies who are strong emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Daughter -  One of my life's greatest blessings are my parents. They provided me with a strong foundation in Christ.  Through their examples, I have been able to face life head on with confidence.

Sister - I am so lucky to be a sister and have a sister. We are two years apart, and closer now than ever. My sister and I are different in so many ways, but that makes our relationship that much stronger.

Retired Engineer - I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked almost 5 years as a product & process engineer for Honeywell. I enjoyed my career, but when I became pregnant with my 2nd daughter, I knew that my true calling lied elsewhere.

SAHM - I now spend my days in school car loops, wiping up spilled milk, kissing boo-boos, and playing referee to sisters. Along with the melt-downs, drama, and antics are heartfelt hugs, art creations, and wonderful kid-isms that I am so thankful not to miss out on.

Minister - I was ordained to the office of Priest in the Community of Christ church in June 2014. This role requires me to share ministry with my presence. I support households and families as they grow spiritually. It is a humbling experience, as I am still growing in my spirituality as well.

Girl Scout Volunteer - I really enjoy being part of the Girl Scout organization. I currently lead my oldest daughter's troop, co-lead my middle daughter's troop and help out with my youngest's troop. I also volunteer time to our local service unit as their media/communication coordinator.
