Menu Plan Monday


Monday - Teriyaki Drumsticks (see recipe for marinade below)
Tuesday - Pasta Primavera
Wednesday - oven-fried fish and coleslaw
Thursday - simple kale soup
Friday - taco salad
Saturday - best whole chicken in crock-pot, mashed potatoes, and corn
Sunday - leftovers or dinner out

Teriyaki Marinade*
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
*for about 1.5 lbs of chicken legs
